Antena and LED

This it is a simple one and cheap device that will allow us to demonstrate that the mobile phones (or cellular as also it is called to them) generates radio waveses. For this neceita an antenna of 30 cm (7.5 cm by side) connected to a LED of high brightness and a diode of germanium. This antenna can be done of copper wire. The diodes must connect correctly or the device will not work. Neceita the germanium diode so that the LED works to the high A.C with a frequency of 900 to 1800 Hertz.

AS IT WORKS

In order to demonstrate that the cellular one generates radio waveses in the form of pulses, the antenna or near equipment and digita is placed underneath a number (it is possible to be called to the voice mail, by ex.). The radio waveses induce a voltage in the sufficiently great antenna as igniting the LED. The LED will shine inidcando that is transmitting data with the transmitter of the cellular one.

THAT IT IS NEEDED:
Diode of germanium: QH71N etc. or similar
LED: of high brightness
