  • What is the Original Dust Cover Return Policy?

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your TV Dust Cover purchase OriginalDustCover.com will replace the TV Dust Cover at no charge for an equal to or lesser amount TV Dust Cover within the first 30 days from your order date. If the replacement TV Dust Cover is a higher retail price, the customer will be charged the difference, including any applicable taxes that apply. If a refund is requested, OriginalDustCover.com will credit the customer the full purchase price of the order (Less any charged shipping charges, if applicable) in which OriginalDustCover.com received payment.
    This credit process will begin once your TV Dust Cover is received back by OriginalDustCover.com and could take up to four weeks to complete.

    Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order.

    Keep in mind that international orders will typically require longer shipping times than domestic orders due to customs requirements and other international shipping regulations.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All US based customers will have their orders shipped through USPS Priority Mail using Flat Rate boxes. We have chosen USPS Flat Rate Shipping due to the reduced costs that USPS offers. We then pass this savings on to our customers. We don't make money on shipping, unlike many other retailers. International orders are shipped using USPS International Priority Flat Rate Shipping to reduce shipping costs for our International customers. International shipping may take 30 days to receive due to customs clearance in the receiving country.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    The price for shipping is a flat 5.99 USD for US orders and 12.99 USD for International orders. When you check out you will be presented with a final review page before you are charged which details all shipping, handling, and taxes which are in addition to the price of the TV Dust Cover.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
